And we're back

So it's been a while! But these days I've got a little extra time at work to kill so I figured I would dust off this old thing...

Here is an update. Ironman came and went. I sat on the couch, gained 40 pounds (ate a lot of good food though), did some renovations on the house and I'm getting back in the workout game. Stay tuned for more amazingly exciting updates :)
