At the end of this week we'll be racing our goal race of the season which is the Kelowna Apple. So our coach has us on a bit of a taper.
Mon: 5k Race Pace
Tues: 1.5k Swim
Wed: 20k Bike 5k Brick Run
Thur: 1.5k Swim
Fri: Travel to Kelowna
Sat: 20min swim / 20 min bike / 20 min run
Sun: Kelowna Apple Olympic Distance Triathlon!
